Michael L. Matrise, President, ChFC®

Mike got his start in the financial services business in 1971 as a salesman for the Prudential Insurance Company. It was there that he met his future business partner, Tom Polzin, who would help him establish an independent financial services firm in 1976. Under Mike’s leadership, MPC Advisers has grown into one of Greater Milwaukee’s leading advisery firms, with over $600 million of assets under management as of June 1st, 2018.

He feels blessed to have had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people for so many decades, many of whom are now sending their children and grandchildren to MPC for continued financial advice.

Mike serves as mentor to several of the experienced advisers in his multi-generational team. Together, their combined talents help their clients achieve their goals while providing an exceptional level of personal service.

Mike lives in Brookfield with his wife of more than 46 years, Lynne. Their three children and six grandchildren are frequent dinner companions. On weekends, Mike enjoys playing his many sets of collector drums, and has recently begun studying jazz guitar.

Mike received his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
